How old do I have to be to order?
We sell the SSG24 and the SSP1 only to customers who are 18+. For all other products there are no age limits.

To purchase at novritsch.com browse and find the products you desire through the search or the category overview. You will find lots of descriptions and videos about the products all over the website.
Add the products to your cart in the desired quantity. You can add different products into one order. If you add a preorder-gun into your cart the whole order will wait until this product is available again. These products have “preorder” in their name and a short description how long the production and delivery time will be.
Then head to the checkout where you can select your address as well as shipping and payment methods.
Packages usually will be dispatched on the same day or if you order in the late afternoon on the next morning. After the order gets dispatched you will receive a tracking code to keep you updated.

When is the tracking ID updating?
You will see that your tracking ID is updating periodically throughout the day. Please note that this depends on the postal service partner. It can take up to 24 hours until the tracking ID is active. If your tracking ID has not updated after several working days please get in touch with us.
What does Preorder mean?
Pre-order products are available to purchase now and will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the products in our warehouse.
On the product information page, you will find the current estimated time or arrival.
Your order will be shipped out on the day that the stock arrives at our warehouse.
