From 9 to 5, he’s steering the customer relations ship with sway and elevation, but as the clock strikes the end of the workday, Mathieu turns to the decks, orchestrating the rhythm of parties as a DJ. His life is a colorful blend of beats, manga and the calmness of an owl.

 Mathieu is more than a team lead, a humanist at heart who brings flair and organization to our customer relations department. Coolest guy ever.

Meet the passion chameleon marketer.
The GBBR guy who refuses to wear face protection. Josef turned his 15-year passion into a profession – like many others at NOVRITSCH. While in charge of the marketing team, he aims to support every single airsofter who gets in touch with us – through videos, products, e-mails and many other means.

Josef changes his hobbies constantly. One day you see him doing archery in the storage room, the next day he is flying drones in the office hallways just for practice and then after work he might just jump out of a plane with his parachute out of boredom. He is on a continuous search for something new, and that’s exactly the type of versatility you want from a marketing guy.

Dag stands out not only as our textile guru but also as an avid collector, hunting down unique and rare gear which he skillfully employs in airsoft. He also dives into the world of video games, finding solace and rejuvenation in digital realms after a day’s work.

Dag’s keen eye for color and pattern is vital in maintaining the highest standards of quality. His hands-on approach in sample testing ensures that what we create not only looks good but stands up to the rigors of real-world use.

Alex’s connection to airsoft is the pulse of action, but over the years his passion has evolved far beyond a hobby and turned into a commitment of shaping the future of Airsoft with us.

His love for adrenaline doesn’t stop there. Alex is a motorcycle fanatic. For a long time, he’s been one with the road, finding freedom under the helmet and joy in keeping his bike roaring with perfection.

His dynamic blend of leadership, technical savvy and high-octane hobbies make him a driving force in our company and an inspiration to all who ride alongside him.

Meet our eagle-eyed tactician.
Under the watch of Rado’s team, projects transition smoothly from development to longevity, ensuring that from the first batch to the last, our creations continue to deliver exceptional experiences.

Away from the battleground of business, Rado finds his adrenaline rush on the slopes, snowboarding since childhood, with attention to detail in every turn and jump. At sea level, golf is his sanctuary, a place of Zen-like tranquility where his mind finds rare peace.

His life is a mix of adventure and meticulous strategy, making him a force to be reckoned with both on and off the slopes.

At 15 he convinced his parents that airsoft is a great sport and created the NOVRITSCH YouTube channel that paved the way to the brand we know today.

Chris now collaborates with and leads a team of 25 passionate airsofters all aiming to revolutionize the industry. He plays airsoft regularly across continents and spends a lot of his time in Asia with our factories to ensure the quality of our products. But before having so many people beside him, he could only dream of how a small YouTube channel could change the world of airsoft. 

Without a doubt, Chris put his life in NOVRITSCH and he is leading it from the front. 

Meet Gabby, the heartbeat of our office and event master.
In every office, you have a person who keeps things running without anyone even knowing about it. At Novritsch, Gabby is this person. She makes sure everyone’s fed,  she keeps the lights on, has everyone connected and the office buzzing with energy.

She’s a street basketball master and whenever she’s not hooping, you can find her in the first rows of any sort of concert. One thing everyone would tell you about her is that she knows how to get things done and that’s exactly why she is in charge of event management.

Gabby is a baller on and off the court, keeping our dream team thriving without missing a beat.
