Thermal AntiFog – Lens Insert

This thermal antifog is a great low-profile solution for keeping your goggles clear in any conditions.
The insert has a built-in heating circuit that gently warms the lens, preventing condensation inside your goggles. Simply stick the insert inside of your existing goggles using the pre-applied sticky tape, plug it in, and forget about fog altogether.
It’s a simple, proven idea that has been used in other sporting industries for decades. Now adapted for Airsoft by players who got tired of wiping their lenses while the game kept going.

Make sure to follow all assembly instructions, including supporting the cable with the included zipties.
The power unit pouch used in pictures is currently in development and not available.
You can print these PDF stencils to test them on any eye protection. Set your printer to “Actual size” (or “100%”) and verify the dimensions with a ruler to make sure they printed correctly. If the printout is not to scale, adjust the percentage scaling.
Example: If a 100 mm reference measures 125 mm after printing, set the scale to (100/125) × 100 = 80%.
Before purchasing, please note that we cannot guarantee fit for lens shapes the heaters were not specifically designed for. We also do not accept returns of heaters that have been used or are not in 100% new condition.
The thermal mechanism may produce an air-drying effect when deployed in hot environments. After prolonged use, this drying may create a minor irritation/redness in sensitive eyes. This effect can vary from person to person, depending on eye sensitivity and environmental conditions. To improve the effectiveness of the system and reduce the chance of dry eyes, make sure to use the lowest power setting which maintains a fog-free experience.

Description
Clean & Minimal
The thermal unit operates in complete silence, and the setup stays low-profile, with only a compact power unit connected by a single cable. Once installed, you can forget about it, it just works quietly in the background.
Pick the right fit
Each lens is shaped for a specific goggle model. Choose the correct one that fits naturally, without bending, forcing, or getting in the way of your vision. You can find specific installation videos in the Antifog academy.
Secure connection
The power cable uses a built-in twist-lock connector that secures it in place. It won’t disconnect during movement, reloads, and rough games.
Mount it your way
The bungee cable gives you flexibility, letting you mount the power unit where it makes sense for your setup – plate carrier, helmet, or vest. Lock it, fold it, route it cleanly, and keep everything out of your way while you’re playing.

Every thermal unit comes with two zip ties, which can be used to help secure the cable at the connection point on the goggle frame. This reinforces the connection and prevents direct pulling or stress on the wires during use.
