The inside padding and outside velcro patches come separately and must be installed by the user. An instruction manual is included.

Helmet Covers designed for the Tactical Helmet (Standard Version) are NOT compatible with this Premium Tactical Helmet.

Once the padding and velcro have been installed, the helmet cannot be returned, as it can no longer be resold.
