The battery is not included. We recommend the LiPo battery V1 – 11.1V.
Do not store with pre-cocking engaged. Pre-cocking is disabled on full auto – just shoot on auto at the end of the game to release the spring.
This replica has a permanently attached orange tip. Any attempt to remove it voids the warranty for any related parts (e.g., the inner and outer barrel). Removing or covering the orange tip may be illegal in your state. Always check and follow local laws.

The SSR4 is designed to be super-easy to use. This is the only out-of-the-box solution you’ll need. Plug in a battery, load it with BBs and pull the trigger. No advanced teching or maintenance is needed. Just focus on the fun part! Period.

PRO TRIGGER UNIT
Generally exclusive to techs who have the skills and money to install an aftermarket ETU. Now already preinstalled.
ADVANCED ETU FEATURES
- Binary Trigger: allows you to fire 2 shots per trigger pull on Semi-Auto: one when you pull the trigger, the other when you let go of it.
- 3-Round Burst – replaces Full Auto, if you choose to.
- Precocking: the spring gets pre-compressed on Semi-Auto, resulting in a faster trigger response. 5 levels to choose from.
- Active Braking & Battery Protection

ACCURACY
We don’t consider accuracy to be a feature but even today, it’s not a matter of course in airsoft so here we go: the SSR4 is accurate.
A rotary-type Hop-Up chamber is one of the best designs out there! It allows for extremely precise adjustments while staying consistent even if you shake the gun vigorously.
The hop-up bucking and the 6.03 precision barrel have been thoroughly tested and deliver great results. We recommend using 0.28g BBs for best balance between BB speed for CQB and accuracy for woodland.
QUICK SPRING EXCHANGE
Is your SSR4 way too ‘hot’ for a CQB field? Do you need more power for a woodland area? Just quickly swap the spring on the go. An Allan key comes with the gun!
Just make sure to disable pre-cocking by shooting the last few rounds on full auto before you change the spring.
ERGONOMICS FIRST
We focused on improving ergonomics. Besides a modern-looking beavertail Pistol Grip, we added a slick handguard. You can add attachments wherever you like in the slots while not interfering with your grip.

INNOVATIVE COMPRESSION ASSEMBLY
To ensure optimal airflow, we opted for CNC parts. The piston is equipped with ported CNC machined aluminium head.
The cylinder head is also made of CNC aluminum with a beefy rubber dampening pad with a custom design that makes the system quieter, gives a longer lifetime to the gearbox shell, and correct angle of engagement (AoE). The cuts in the rubber pad give it optimal airflow.
SPEED
TRICKS FOR LONGEVITY
We wanted the SSR4 to be, above all, even more reliable then before. To make it happen, we used a few tricks.
First and foremost, the SSR4 is now equipped with a new and improved Reinforced Gearbox that can take a beating without breaking a sweat and together with the fitted 8 mm hardened steel bushings which are sturdier and more reliable compared to traditional bearings, they ensure a very long lifecycle.
On top of that, we used steel for parts that tend to undergo a good deal of stress and wear. For that reason, you get steel gears, steel piston rack, steel cylinder, and a steel spring guide.
T-DEAN & LiPo READY
We are living in the 21st century. With the ETU, our gun is fully LiPo battery compatible. It also comes with the T-Dean battery connector preinstalled. They feature less resistance and more durability.

The thread size of the SSR4 outer barrel is 14mm CCW.
Q: Can I put a stronger spring in the SSR4 than M120?
No, the SSR4 is set up for an M120 spring, a stronger spring could have an effect on the longevity and possibly damage the internals.
Q: Can the SSR4 use a different type of magazine, meaning brand and type?
Yes, the SSR4 was designed to be able to take most of the M4 magazines on the market.
